Did you know that MESHA offers a comprehensive, full-day training program that supports organisations, health care providers and individuals working alongside military or first responders?

This course aims to enhance understanding of service structure and a service member’s culture, values and identity, ultimately improving knowledge and competency to work with personnel successfully.

This training has been co-developed through research, lived experience and industry advisors and is delivered by a blend of lived experience and academic experts.

Our various packages target different skills depending on whether you are a health and service provider, educator, government, industry or other employer.

It can also be tailored and customised to include military or emergency service personnel.

The purpose of this training is to address barriers in help seeking or employment for service personnel and support organisations  to create better pathways to attract veterans and their families for services or employment opportunities.

“I would like to also say thank you to you and the lovely MESHA team for a wonderful workshop yesterday! I found it incredibly interesting and valuable. I feel so much more confident and better equipped going forward in my role.” – Veterans SA employee

“We have been able to apply this training to our programs since doing it just a couple of weeks ago and are already seeing results in our interactions with veterans.” – TAFE educator

“I highly recommend this workshop to all staff working with and supporting current serving ADF members and veterans. A big thank you MESHA for facilitating this workshop.” – Nurse Unit Manager
