“I have attended the ADF Cultural Awareness workshop, facilitated by MESHA. As a staff member who does not have a military background, I personally found this to be a very beneficial and informative day. Particularly learning about military culture, the transitional process, military children and families and listening to the facilitators talk about their lived experiences.

I highly recommend this workshop to all staff working with and supporting current serving ADF members and veterans. A big thank you MESHA for facilitating this workshop.”

Louise – Nurse Unit Manager.
